Mosier’s Market was started in 1976 by Gene Mosier, who himself has been in the meat business since 1966. His father Robert, and son Andy also work with him. There are currently 15 employees who work at Mosier’s Market that take part in the every day jobs around the store, mini mart, and the butcher shop. The butcher shop also has 4 full-time meat cutters with over 80 years combined experience.
Mosier’s butcher shop makes their own ham loaf, meat loaf, ham salad, and sausages using their own family recipes. The butcher shop also features top quality meats that they grind and cut on location, as well as prepare special orders. There is also a deli with 40 meats and 25 cheeses to chose from, and a meat case with an assortment of hard to find items.
